STANDARD MATERIALS SUPPLIED

  • 2 × full-bore isolation ball valves
  • 2 × removable unions
  • 1 × non-return/check valve, or foot valve where the verified source requires it
  • Pump-to-pipe threaded adaptors/reducers
  • Short approved PVC/PPR connection pieces and elbows at the existing points
  • PTFE thread-seal tape and matching pipe-joining consumables
  • Electrical cable gland, terminal connectors and short connection tail to the existing compliant supply
  • Anti-vibration mounting pads and base fasteners

STANDARD REPLACEMENT SCOPE

Includes isolation and removal of the existing comparable surface pump/controller, installation on the existing suitable pipe and electrical points, controller setup, pump priming, startup, pressure/leak checks and customer handover.

Not included: new borehole or tank work, new suction/discharge runs, new electrical circuits or rewiring, civil base construction, concealed leak diagnosis, wall cutting or major plumbing alteration. Additional work is quoted before it begins.
