8. Delivery Failure and Customer Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery after an order has been confirmed and dispatched correctly, delivery, return movement, handling, or restocking charges may apply.
If delivery fails because of wrong address details, customer unavailability, refusal to answer calls, payment failure, or refusal to receive the item, Supply Master may cancel the order or require additional delivery charges for reattempts.
Repeated refusal of confirmed orders may affect future cash-on-delivery eligibility or account access.
9. Returns and Refunds

11. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Supply Master may assist in coordinating warranty claims, repairs, replacements, or after-sales support where applicable.
Warranty claims may be rejected where the issue results from:

Supply Master is responsible for coordinating the customer-facing process, but certain product, warranty, availability, and fulfilment issues may depend on supplier cooperation.
13. Product Use, Installation and Suitability
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased are suitable for their intended use.
For technical, electrical, plumbing, construction, automotive, appliance, or installation-related products, customers should use qualified professionals where required.
Supply Master is not responsible for damage, injury, product failure, or loss caused by improper installation, misuse, incorrect application, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.
14. Accuracy of Account and Billing Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for all orders.
This includes your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, billing details, and any other required order information.
We may cancel or delay orders where information is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, or unverifiable.
15. Promotions, Discounts and Offers
Promotions, discounts, bundles, free delivery offers, coupons, and special campaigns may be subject to conditions, availability, exclusions, timelines, or minimum order values.
