Product details
The Victron Energy BMV-702 is a high-precision battery monitor designed to give you deep insight into your battery system — not just voltage and current, but ampere-hours used, state of charge (SoC), time-to-go, and more. It integrates all current flows through the provided shunt to accurately calculate energy usage over time, helping you avoid surprises and prolong battery life.
With Victron’s reliable design and a 5-year warranty, this monitor is ideal for solar installations, off-grid systems, marine, RVs, and backup power setups. The BMV-702 even includes an auxiliary input for measuring a second battery voltage, midpoint voltage, or battery temperature, expanding its versatility in complex systems.
Key Features:
- Accurate tracking of voltage, current, power, consumed ampere-hours, and state of charge
- Time-to-go estimation: shows how long your battery can sustain the current load
- Programmable visual and audible alarms for low/high voltage, low SoC, etc.
- Built-in relay (60 V / 1 A, normally open) to switch circuits, generators, or loads
- Auxiliary input (AUX) to monitor a second battery, midpoint, or battery temperature
- Wide operating voltage range from 6.5 V to 95 V DC
- High resolution & precision: ±0.01 A current, ±0.01 V voltage, ±0.1 Ah, ±0.1% SoC
- VE.Direct communication port for integration with GX devices or data logging
- Low standby consumption: under 4 mA (backlight off)
- Includes 500 A / 50 mV shunt and all cabling for easy installation
