Silkcoat Ruloser Grained Decorative Exterior Paint is a styrene-acrylic grained paint engineered to deliver a textured, matte decorative finish on exterior concrete, concrete slabs, and cement-based plaster surfaces. For spray application, it is diluted with just 8% water, and dries to touch in 6 hours with full cure in 24 hours.
