The Lincoln Electric OPTIMARC CV/CC 505 is a 500A multi-process inverter welding power source delivering both Constant Voltage and Constant Current output from a 380–415V three-phase supply. It supports MIG/MAG, gas-shielded and self-shielded flux-cored, SMAW/MMA stick and Touch-Start TIG welding, making it a versatile solution for structural fabrication, heavy machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding and petrochemical work. With a 500A output at 60% duty cycle and a 390A continuous rating at 100% duty cycle, it is built for sustained heavy-duty industrial use.
