The Lincoln Electric LWF-34GS is a semi-automatic constant-speed wire feeder featuring a four-roll dual-drive system, designed for use with selected OPTIMARC welding power sources including the OPTIMARC CV 355P, CV 505P and CV/CC 505. It delivers an adjustable wire-feed speed of 1.5–22m/min on a 24V input, accepting 0.8–1.6mm solid wire and 1.2–2.0mm flux-cored wire for demanding MIG/MAG and flux-cored welding applications. Rated at 500A at 60% duty cycle, it is suited to structural fabrication, heavy machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding and petrochemical work.
