Where an order is fulfilled through one of our approved suppliers, you continue dealing with Supply Master for updates and resolution. We coordinate the process for you rather than sending you between different parties.

Products are supplied through Supply Master’s approved supplier network and are expected to match the confirmed product listing.

If an item is materially different from what was confirmed, has missing parts or there is an authenticity-related issue, Supply Master coordinates the resolution with the supplier.

If there is an issue with your order, contact Supply Master as soon as possible and keep the item and packaging in their received condition while we review it.

For approved issues such as an incorrect item, delivery damage, missing parts or a product materially different from the confirmed order, we coordinate the appropriate correction, replacement, return or refund.

Supply Master may contact you when your order requires confirmation, clarification or a delivery update.
