How to Use
- Prepare Area: Clean the work area as thoroughly as possible. Remove loose corrosion flakes with a wire brush. Disconnect any electrical wiring if safe to do so.
- Shake Can: Shake the aerosol vigorously for at least two minutes before use.
- Apply Spray: Direct the precision nozzle at the seized component. Observe the chilling effect as temperature drops rapidly.
- Allow to Work: Wait a short period for the cold shock to weaken the corrosion bond. Repeat application if necessary.
- Apply Breakaway Torque: Use appropriate tools to carefully apply force. Never touch the chilled area with bare skin to avoid frostbite.
- Work Component: When attempting to unscrew, turn the component gently in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions to further free the bond and reduce thread friction.
- Clean Threads: Consider cleaning threads with a suitable tool before refitting the component. The product leaves an anti-corrosion film to protect exposed threads.
