Supply Master offers multiple payment options to make checkout easier, safer, and more convenient for customers. Available payment methods may depend on your delivery location, order value, product type, and fulfilment requirements. Payment options are shown automatically at checkout based on the details of your order.

Online payments on Supply Master are processed securely through Paystack.
Available payment options may include:
- MTN Mobile Money
- Visa
- Mastercard
- AT Money
- Telecel Cash
- Other supported online payment channels
If your order is paid online and you do not receive the product as described, Supply Master will review the issue and process the appropriate resolution in line with our refund and returns policy.
Pay on Delivery
Pay on Delivery is available for eligible orders and selected delivery locations.
This means customers may be allowed to pay when the order is delivered, depending on the order value and delivery zone.
Pay on Delivery availability is confirmed automatically at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Order value
- Product type
- Supplier fulfilment readiness
- Delivery requirements
- Payment eligibility for the selected zone
If Pay on Delivery is available for your order, it will appear as a payment option at checkout. If it is not available, online payment options will be shown instead.
Pay on Delivery in Greater Accra
Pay on Delivery is available for eligible orders within Greater Accra.
Customers in Greater Accra may see Pay on Delivery at checkout where the order qualifies.
Some products may still require online payment depending on product type, supplier requirement, special handling, or fulfilment conditions.
Pay on Delivery in Zone A Cities
Pay on Delivery is available in selected Zone A cities under specific conditions.
Zone A includes:
- Kumasi
- Takoradi
- Tarkwa
- Cape Coast
- Ho
- Sunyani
For Zone A cities, Pay on Delivery is handled as follows:

Commitment Payment for Zone A Orders
For Zone A orders between GH₵1,000 and GH₵4,999, customers may be required to make a commitment payment before the order is processed for delivery.
This commitment payment helps confirm the order, reduce failed deliveries, and support coordination with suppliers and delivery partners.
The required commitment payment may be up to 50% of the order value.
Orders of GH₵5,000 and Above
Orders of GH₵5,000 and above require full payment before delivery.
This applies especially to high-value orders, supplier-dependent products, bulky items, special-order items, or orders requiring additional fulfilment coordination.
When Pay on Delivery Is Not Available
Pay on Delivery may not be available for every order.
If Pay on Delivery is not available, the checkout page will show the available online payment options instead.
This may happen because of:
- Delivery location
- Order value
- Product type
- Supplier requirements
- Bulky or fragile items
- Special-order products
- High-value orders
- Orders outside eligible Pay on Delivery zones
Payment Options at Checkout
Supply Master's checkout automatically shows the payment options available for your order.
Customers do not need to manually request Pay on Delivery. If your order qualifies, the option will appear at checkout.
If your order does not qualify, you can complete payment using the available online payment methods shown.
