Payment & Order Confirmation
The payment option selected at checkout does not by itself mean fulfilment has started. Where SM Confirm applies, the order is placed on hold until the required GH₵20 confirmation part-payment is received. The GH₵20 forms part of the order total and is not an extra charge.
Secure Online Payment
Online payments are processed securely through Paystack using supported Mobile Money, card and other available online payment channels.
Orders already paid or captured online do not repeat the SM Confirm part-payment step.
Greater Accra
Pay on Delivery remains available for eligible Greater Accra and Greater Accra Extended orders under the applicable delivery terms.
SM Confirm is currently targeted at qualifying Zone A and Nationwide orders, not Greater Accra orders.
Zone A
Zone A includes Kumasi, Takoradi, Tarkwa, Cape Coast, Ho and Sunyani.

For eligible Zone A orders below GH₵1,000, “Pay on Delivery” refers to the remaining balance after the GH₵20 confirmation part-payment has been completed.
Nationwide Delivery
Eligible unpaid Nationwide orders below GH₵5,000 require the GH₵20 confirmation part-payment first. After confirmation, the remaining balance must be paid before fulfilment begins.
Nationwide orders are not dispatched with the required balance outstanding.
What Happens After Checkout
- Your order is received and reviewed.
- If SM Confirm applies, the order is placed on hold and the GH₵20 confirmation action is shown on the order status page and may also be sent by email or WhatsApp.
- The order does not enter fulfilment until the required confirmation payment is received.
- After confirmation, the remaining balance follows the payment terms for the selected delivery option.
Payment Window
Where a confirmation payment is required, complete it within the payment window shown on your order. If the window ends before payment is received, the order does not enter fulfilment. Contact Supply Master if you still want to proceed.

- The GH₵20 confirmation is part of your order total
- It is not an extra delivery or processing fee
- Prepaid orders do not pay it again
- Approved exempt customers follow their normal payment terms
