- Large appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, cookers and built-in kitchen appliances
- Doors
- Bulky bathroom and sanitary ware
- Oversized fragile equipment

- Large-volume B2B orders requiring special delivery coordination

Outside Greater Accra
When Pay on Delivery Is Not Available
Pay on Delivery is not available for every order. Payment before delivery is required for:
- Zone A orders of GH₵1,000 and above
- Nationwide public transport deliveries
- Heavy & Special Handling deliveries outside Greater Accra
- Any order where checkout specifically requires prepayment
Payment Options at Checkout
Supply Master automatically shows the payment options available for your order at checkout. You do not need to manually request Pay on Delivery.
If your order qualifies, Pay on Delivery will be available. If payment before delivery is required, the available online payment methods will be shown instead.
