Payment & Pay on Delivery Options
Supply Master confirms the payment and delivery terms that apply to each order before fulfilment begins. For eligible Zone A and Nationwide orders below GH₵5,000, a GH₵20 confirmation part-payment is required before fulfilment. The GH₵20 forms part of the order total and is not an extra charge.

How Order Confirmation Works
Some orders require a confirmation part-payment before Supply Master commits fulfilment resources. When SM Confirm applies, the order is placed on hold and will not enter fulfilment until the required GH₵20 part-payment is received.

Zone A Doorstep Delivery
For eligible unpaid Zone A orders below GH₵5,000, a GH₵20 confirmation part-payment is required before fulfilment. The order remains on hold until this payment is received.

Nationwide Delivery
For eligible unpaid Nationwide orders below GH₵5,000, a GH₵20 confirmation part-payment is required first. After confirmation, the remaining balance must be paid before fulfilment begins.

Certain bulky, heavy, fragile or delivery-intensive products use a separate Heavy & Special Handling shipping profile. Delivery cost, timing and payment requirements are confirmed from the product, order value and destination.

What Checkout Means
Checkout records your selected payment and delivery option. Where SM Confirm applies, the required GH₵20 confirmation part-payment remains a mandatory next step before fulfilment even if the remaining balance is payable on delivery.
Your order status page and Supply Master confirmation message show the exact next action for your order. If a required payment is outstanding, the order remains on hold and does not enter fulfilment.
