• - Supply Master reviews your order and coordinates with our supplier network to confirm availability and fulfilment readiness.
• - Our team may contact you to confirm details, recommend alternatives, or update you before dispatch.
• - Once confirmed, your order moves into fulfilment or delivery coordination.
• - If an item is unavailable, we may offer alternatives, confirm restock options, or process a refund where applicable.

Delivery is coordinated based on your location, product size, supplier readiness, and handling requirements.

• - Free delivery may apply to eligible orders within selected zones and order values.
• - Regional deliveries may follow scheduled dispatch days from Accra.
• - Bulky, fragile, special-order, or supplier-dependent items may require a separate delivery quote.
• - Supplier-backed warranty support is coordinated by Supply Master where applicable.
• - Eligible unused items may be returned within 7 days if kept in original packaging.

Pay on Delivery is available for eligible orders and selected delivery locations.

• - Greater Accra: available on eligible orders.
• - Zone A cities: available on orders up to GH₵1,000.
• - Zone A orders between GH₵1,000 and GH₵4,999 may require up to 50% commitment payment.
• - Orders of GH₵5,000 and above require full payment before delivery.
• - Zone A includes Kumasi, Takoradi, Tarkwa, Cape Coast, Ho, and Sunyani.
