Silkcoat Water-Based High-Adhesion Acrylic Exterior Primer is a styrene-acrylic, white granulated primer formulated to prepare mineral and absorbent interior or exterior surfaces for compatible finishing coats. It supports topcoat adhesion, reduces paint consumption, and promotes a homogeneous surface on concrete, plaster, and similar substrates.
