The Milwaukee 48005527 “The AX™ with Carbide Teeth” Sawzall® blade is engineered to deliver extreme durability and fast cutting in demanding jobsite conditions. With carbide-tipped teeth and a sturdy 0.05″ thick body, The AX blade is built to outlast standard bi-metal blades—delivering up to 50× longer life in wood and nail-embedded material applications
This blade maintains the aggressive 5 TPI geometry that enables fast material removal, and also integrates Nail Guard™ protection to reduce tooth failure when cutting through embedded nails. Additionally, its Fang Tip™ design allows quick plunging and improved bite on contact in thick wood and framing tasks.
