The Lincoln Electric LE B-257 P is a low-hydrogen pipe-welding electrode classified to AWS A5.1 E7018-1 H4 and EN ISO 2560-A E 46 5 B 42 H5, engineered specifically for SMAW/MMA welding of carbon-steel pipe and compatible low-alloy steels. Its basic low-hydrogen coating supports welding at relatively low current settings, making it well suited to root, filling and capping passes on pressure pipe and pipeline work. Available in 2.5mm, 3.2mm, 4.0mm and 5.0mm diameters at 350mm length, it covers a wide range of positional pipe-welding requirements.
