The Lincoln Electric LE B-248 H4R is a low-hydrogen stick welding electrode classified to AWS A5.1 E7018-1 H4R, designed for SMAW/MMA welding on carbon and suitable low-alloy steels. Its moisture-resistant H4R basic coating delivers a diffusible hydrogen level of no more than 4ml per 100g of deposited weld metal, making it well suited to structurally demanding applications. Available in 2.5mm, 3.25mm and 4.0mm diameters at a standard 350mm length, it is a reliable choice for structural fabrication, heavy steel components and rigidly restrained structures.
