The Cagsan Smart Level 3 × 12 Aluminium Extension Ladder – CM-PRO-3X12 is a three-section professional extension ladder with an angle-adjustable levelling stabiliser, wear-resistant wall-friendly rollers, 30 × 30mm square non-slip rungs, extension locks and limiting pins, a red maximum-safe-step indicator and a TÜV-SÜD EN 131 certification reference, with a closed length of 3.57m, maximum extended length of 8.61m and average safe reach of 9.0m. Designed for professional access on sloping, uneven or graded ground where an ordinary fixed stabiliser may not sit level, it is suitable for façade work, exterior maintenance, installations, warehouse access and construction tasks requiring a safe reach of approximately 9m.
