The Cagsan Armon Steel Scissor Loft Ladder – CM-CM-70X100 is a ceiling-mounted retractable loft ladder with a scissor-style extension mechanism, 11 steel steps, a 70 × 100cm ceiling frame, a 150kg maximum load capacity and a maximum ceiling height of 2.8m. It is suitable for narrow indoor areas where a conventional folding ladder would require too much unfolding space, and provides permanent access to loft storage, ceiling service areas and attics in homes, offices, retail buildings and commercial properties. The scissor mechanism retracts into a compact ceiling space, keeping the floor area clear when the ladder is not in use.
