tested to guarantee safety and resistance. It is used in conjunction with the angle grinder in roughing work on stainless steels. Provides excellent performance in roughing operations
Characteristics of the Tramontina Steel & Metal Cutting Disc:
- Disc produced in aluminum oxide.
- Body reinforced with 3 fiberglass mesh.
- Maximum working speed 80m / s - 13300 rpm.
- It is used in conjunction with the angle grinder in roughing work on steel and ferrous metals in general.
- Provides excellent performance in roughing operations.
- The tools are produced and tested under specific standards.
Recommendations for use:
- Always wear safety glasses and gloves, ear plugs, a dust mask and suitable protective clothing according to the task to be performed.
- Always handle and store discs with care.
- Before use, do a visual assessment to make sure there is no damage or cracks on the discs.
- Make sure that the speed of the computer does not exceed the maximum speed marked on the disks.
- Use flanges of the same size and suitable model for each type of disc.
- Always use the equipment safety guard.
- When using new discs, before operation work at full speed, in a vacuum, for one minute in a protected area. This procedure is to check the integrity of the disks.
