Motor, Mechanism:
Ronix Mini Angle Grinder 3111 is powered by a powerful 850W universal motor. This strong motor utilizes 220v of electricity to deliver speed of 12000RPM to the spindle though fully metal gears. These gears are made of high-quality raw material to ensure years of dependable operation. The mechanism is simple yet functional to cover all user’s need. The great power and speed generated by this tool is considered to be efficient to do all kind of cutting, sanding, polishing and grinding operations. These operations usually make a lot heat in tool that’s why, Ronix equips all its power tools with an air flow cooling system which cools the motor and the housing down during long hours operations. 

spindle:
spindle mechanism is fully functional on 3111. Choose the appropriate disk due to the task that you are about to do and just fit in the spindle. Then use the locking nut to fix it in place and you are good to go. But wait! Safety first. There is a wheel guard which protect your hands and eyes from sparks and splinters. In order to do so there is a spanner in the box for tightening and loosening the nut. 

Body:
Tasks that Ronix 3111 Mini Angle Grinder can do are all time-consuming. But there is no need to stress yourselves, because like all the other Ronix product 3111 follows ergonomic principles. Elongated handle is easy to hold and handy which gives the operator to move his hands along the handle to avoid fatigue. Light weight of

2kg makes long hour operations possible and easy. The die-cast aluminum housing of the spindle part helps heat dissipation and ensures strength. Make sure you are not blocking the air vents at the back during grinding for a better and performance.

Switches:  
The is a red lock on/off switch on the right side with help you to keep the tool on during the operation. The spindle lock red button is on the top which locks the spindle and keeps it in the place for easier wheel changing.
