This role plays a vital part in helping us grow our B2B procurement services.
Role Overview
As a B2B Sales & Operations Specialist, you will work closely with leadership to manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and quoting to deal closure and client onboarding. You will play a key role in keeping our commercial operations running smoothly behind the scenes, ensuring clients receive timely, accurate, and professional service.
This is a fast-paced, execution-driven role for someone who thrives on structure, problem-solving, and making an impact every week.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Support
- Support lead follow-ups and client relationship management
- Prepare and manage quotes, purchase orders, and sales documentation
- Track delivery timelines and fulfillment status
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting
- Facilitate onboarding for institutional buyers and corporate clients
Operations & Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements
- Co-develop and refine SOPs for sales-to-delivery workflows
- Bridge communication across sales, fulfillment, logistics, and finance teams
Market Engagement
- Support lead generation efforts through research and outreach
- Assist in identifying new B2B segments and market opportunities
- Represent Supply Master at trade shows, expos, and industry events
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in sales, operations, or business support (B2B preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive communicator with excellent follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bonus: Experience with procurement or institutional supply chains
